Refunds and Returns
We have a 7 day returns policy, this means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse postage costs for returning items.
Once we have received and inspected your return we will contact you to let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please be aware it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We ship with Royal Mail / Parcelforce depending on the size / weight of your order. We offer 1st Class or 1st Class signed for postage - this should guarantee your delivery within 3 working days.
If you have ordered from outside the UK please be aware we cannot accept returns.
Customs and import duties are charged upon delivery in the recipient country. The customer is responsible for the payment of these charges, unfortunately I cannot advise on what these charges may be.
Please be aware, I will not undervalue or mark the parcel as a gift.
